Corporate Apartments FAQ
We almost always have an apartment available for immediate move-in, especially if you have some flexibility with dates, apartment size, and/or community.
Although we do not always know our specific availability far in advance, we suggest you contact us as soon as you know your target move-in date. We will reserve an apartment for you with a signed contract, which can be done electronically. We can discuss the location of the apartment approximately 2 weeks from your arrival date. Payment is not required until the business day prior to move in.
We have apartments with excellent access. If special equipment is required (i.e. handrails, shower heads), the equipment can usually be installed if provided by the resident.
Each property has its own pet policy, but we can match you with a property that will accept your pet. Pet fees and pet rent vary from property to property.
Most major credit cards are accepted, or you may pay with a personal check.
Although it is easier to get around Houston with a car, many of our properties are located within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment. And many guests don’t bring a car.
Some of our properties offer shuttle service to The Texas Medical Center, and some are on the Metro bus routes or near the city’s light rail, which runs between the Texas Medical Center and Downtown Houston.
Also, we can arrange for transportation to and from the airport if needed and pick you up from your hotel to tour our apartments. Feel free to discuss your transportation needs with us.
Corporate apartments are less expensive than a hotel stay, with a one-bedroom furnished apartment starting at $100/day.
Our apartments have much more to offer than a hotel, with spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, full-size washer and dryer, and all furniture, electronics, linens and housewares. In addition, guests can enjoy all of the amenities each property has to offer, including swimming pools, fitness centers and business centers.
For an extended stay, a corporate apartment offers all of the comforts of home.
Corporate Retreats International is committed to your comfort, health and safety. Amenity spaces at our apartment communities have reopened, and staff is working to keep common areas clean and sanitized. Masks are required in community common areas. We have always been sensitive to the health concerns of our guests, and our housekeepers thoroughly clean and sanitize our apartments in between guests.
